Shipping times may vary. Average shipping times are 1-2 weeks after your order is placed. If you have any questions regarding your shipment please contact myself at iamkelprabbit@gmail.com.
Returns and Exchanges
There are no returns or refunds for items unless they are damaged or lost in shipping. The replacement window for damaged goods is 30 days. Please contact me as soon as possible so we can get it replaced. Since everything is custom made, the order cannot be returned. Make sure to check your shipping address. If you suspect that your order is lost please feel free to contact me and I’ll get it sorted.
